Winter Calm Workshop: with Emily Wingrove

Emily Wingrove is joining us in the studio to bring you her warming Winter Calm workshop. You will know Emily from her monthly back care and stress relief workshops! Emily welcomes to you relax, zone out and move during this unique class, an opportunity for you to make more time for you.

Do you struggle to sleep? Do you find it difficult to relax? Do you find yourself feeling anxious? Most of us will have, currently are, or will in the future suffer from stress or/and anxiety. Considering and bringing awareness to both emotional stress and physical tension, this class will focus on calming the mind, breathing through gentle movement, improving flexibility, as well as releasing tension in different areas of the body. Come bliss out, be cosy and warm, the perfect precursor to Candlelit restorative. Suitable for pre, 2nd & 3rd trimester, & post natal – if supported medically. Is bookable also via MoveGB!
