Are you having trouble relaxing? Do you never have enough hours in the day? Does it all feel like TOO MUCH?

If you can relate to any of these questions then this workshop is for you; 3 full hours to focus on just you and your needs.

Through gentle asanas we will release stress and tightly held emotions from our bodies.  With conscious breathing we will connect to our expanded selves and with the exquisite practice of Yoga Nidra you will effortlessly drop into a healing space of deep relaxation allowing for rejuvenation and peace to naturally arise.

There will also be time to open our hearts and voices through singing mantras, a beautiful way to connect to your heartspace whether through listening or participation.

About Michelle:

Michelle has been sharing the magic of yoga for almost 20 years.  With a deeply established practice of asana, pranayama and meditation Michelle facilitates from a grounded, caring and non-judgemental place.  She is a senior registered teacher with Yoga Alliance and she specialises in holding Holistic Yoga Retreats and in guiding new teachers on teacher training courses.
