Tools for Self Compassion: Restorative Yoga with Ash Bond

What is Restorative Yoga? Restorative Yoga is accessible for all bodies and all levels of experience – whether you are a beginner or a lifetime yogi. It is a treat for the body, nourishment for the nervous system and a necessity for the soul.

Join us in the cosy Wild Wolf Yoga Studio of YogaFurie, with mountains of props to help us sink into a series of passively held postures, supported by bolsters, blocks and blankets.

This is active rest. And we all need it. Perfect for athletes as well as those forever on the go, those who are more inclined towards an active practice, those who are pregnant and those working with injuries; Restorative Yoga truly is a practice for every body. In the last portion of the workshop we will also dive even deeper into relaxation with yoga nidra, yogic sleep. The only difficult bit is getting up afterwards… this will be helped with a few raw chocolates and some delicious tea 🙂

The group will be limited for all students to profit from maximum teacher attention and adjustments.
