Yin Fascial Yoga is a system of yoga that combines elements of Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, Daoist Yoga and Mindfulness, exploring the many ways we can help release tension, tightness and emotional & physical trauma held within the physical and energetic body.

Similar to a traditional yin yoga session we’ll be gently stretching and accessing the deeper aspects of the body with long held seated postures, as well as working with eastern movement practices, myofascial release and mindfulness to stimulate and release tension and energetic blockages held within the meridian pathways and the fascial network system.

Yin Fascial Yoga is perfect for those who prefer a slower form of yoga and works as a complementary practice for those used to a more physically active yoga style.
