Here is an overview:
— Submerge yourself into a Yin Yoga Training developed for teachers who wish to share the subtle meditative qualities of this practice. Created from a blend of the ethereal sciences of the East and the material sciences of the West Yin Yoga is all about balance. This training uses lecture and guided practice to develop both conceptually diverse understanding with first-hand experience. The training culminates with strategies for working with students and how to guide them to learn from themselves. – – Yin Yoga brings your awareness through the tissues of your body releasing tension layer by layer. Becoming well versed in Yin Yoga is like being able to apply a deep tissue massage to your body with only your mind. Making that experiential connection to all you have heard or read about Chi and Subtle Anatomy you can begin to find a new way to experience your body. After regular practice of Yin Yoga and Meditation your mind and body develop a different experience of time. Less and less do you feel pulled in multiple directions but instead you are at ease, your awareness of your body goes deeper, you have more control of your Nervous System and you are comfortable resting in each moment.
 YOU WILL FINISH THE TRAINING WITH THE SKILLS TO * guide a yin yoga class of any duration * develop and refine yin yoga sequences to your preferred themes * set the proper tone and environment for a yin yoga class * instruct private yin yoga sessions * safely cue and adjust a wide array of student needs * create a safe and supportive space for students to let go on a deep and sometimes emotional level * respond appropriately to student questions regarding yin yoga * deepen and explore your own yin yoga practice
