New to the studio?
At Wild Wolf’s we welcome new students to the community and want your first experience with the studio to be as easy and relaxing as possible, Below is some useful information for your first visit.
Our ClassesDeciding which class is right for you
Our classes are all mixed ability and our teachers try to give as many options as possible. We recommend trying different styles so you can find something that suits. Below is a general overview of our class types.

Every pose moves from one to the next, crafted in unique ways by our teachers, you will be encouraged to move in ways that feel good for you.

Strength is explored but offered with modifications. Expect a combination of traditional yoga poses and contemporary styles of movement.
Traditional dynamic form of Yoga taught in an accessible and modern way, following a set sequence of poses that you can commit to memory.

Fitness classes led by Its and pilates/barre teachers.

Guided meditation using concentration techniques and visualisations to help you relax and focus.
Frequently asked questions
I’m new to yoga, which classes would be good for me?
Try Intro to Yoga, or any of the gentle classes such as Yin, Love to Lay Down, Restorative, Slow Flow & Wild Stretch and Wild Stretch with Breath.
It’s my first time at the studio. What time should I arrive before class?
Try to arrive 15-20 mins before so you have time to let your teacher know if you have any injuries, sign the waiver form and familiarise yourself with the studio.
I’m a bit nervous about starting yoga, what can I expect for my first visit?
Our studio is friendly and welcoming. Arrive 10 minutes before class, enjoy a cup of tea or relax on your mat in the studio. Once class has begun, you will be guided and supported throughout the whole session.
What do I wear?
Breathable comfortable clothes you feel confident moving in.
Do I need to bring a mat?
No. Unless you want to use your personal one. We have mats that are free to use and plenty of props available.
Do I have to pre-book the yoga class?
Yes, classes get full very quickly, to avoid disappointment we recommend booking online beforehand.
Can I pay in cash at the studio?
It is possible to pay in cash, but we recommend you set up an account online and book and pay in advance to guarantee your spot in the class.
Help! I can't find the studio?
We are based in the ‘Old Stock Exchange’, our door is nestled in between Mr Wolf’s nightclub and the Slug & Lettuce. If the door in the hallway is closed, ring the buzzer on the right hand side – wait until you hear the buzzing sound until you open it. We are on the second floor, just follow the signs up and one of us will be there to greet you.
Can you park nearby?
There is very limited on street parking. The closest car park is ‘The Galleries’ 5 minutes walking distance away.
Is there a place to leave my bike?
Yes, there are bike racks on the street nearby.
Do you have lockers for my personal belongings?
We do not have lockers or any lockable storage at the studio, personal items are left in the reception area and the teacher will secure the building at the start of the class.
What happens if I’m late?
If you arrive late and the doors are closed the class will have started and it will not be possible to join. For security reasons the teacher closes the studio doors when the class starts.
