????????????????????Who else loves chocolate??? And tahini??? Tahini is not just for hummus… I have been putting it in soups, smoothies and did my first tahini cookies. ????✨STORIES FROM A WILD KITCHEN✨???? While my partner in all things wildly kitchen is away, I have been wildly making. (MOSTLY COOKIES ????????) I had so many people ask for the Cacao Tahini Cookie recipe, and of course on the stories it goes by in a flash, so here it is:

1/2 cup tahini

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp almond milk

????????‍????Mix these ingredients. Only tip recipe gave was to not over-mix so the tahini does not harden!????????‍????

3 tbsp cacao ????

1/3 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1.5 tbsp coconut flour

1 tbsp spelt flour

Optional 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Mix altogether and bake for 10-12 minutes. These are rich tasty little bites. So fit perfectly with our theme of the week, ‘A whole lot of life in one little world.’ I made them by dropping a heaped teaspoon onto the baking tray ????????‍????. Bake at 170! Maybe finish it off with a Mud smoothie if you are a total chocoholic ????????????
