‘Live life with a little spice.’

Turmeric Latte

~~~~~ anti inflammatory, cleansing, clearing, immune building, supporting the fire in the body, spices to support purification of the mind…all round winner this one 🙂 (and COMPLETELY DELICIOUS)~~~~~

  • 1 cup turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp cayenne powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

Combine all the spices together and store in a glass jar.

To make a latte, mix some milk of choice with a little water (or not!) and a small teaspoon of turmeric mix into the milk. Whisk and heat. Add honey or sweetener of your choice (about a teaspoon) and savour the soothing and spiciness of your latte!
