- A strong 40 Minute class that awakens and invigorates all the muscles of the Core, and especially the Glutes.
- Followed by a breakdown of key movements that activate the glutes, working on technique, anatomy knowledge, and how to develop your training as you master this.
- Specific abdominal activation, core strengthening exercises, anatomy breakdown, and how to progress these movements further.
- Breathing techniques, and advice on how to integrate this into your training.
- This workshop is for any one who wants to understand how to truly fire on their glutes, and strengthen their coreefficiently.
- A great workshop for teachers who want to learn more about activation, and some real fundamentals of glutes and abdominal strengthening.
- This can all be applied to every day movement, and help you get the fullest out of training or classes you may already be doing!
Awakening The Power House is a short class (40mins) followed by a workshop that will break down some key moves to activate your glutes and abdominals (your core). You will hopefully leave with more knowledge on the anatomy of your core, and which exercises best assist you in developing these muscle groups, and how to integrate this into your training and daily life.

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
